Illegal Israeli workers deported from the UK
Officers from the UK Border Agency, acting on a tip off, went to the two stalls in The Mall, Cribbs Causeway on Tuesday lsat week, where they found a woman and three men working at a stall called Dead Sea, while a further four Israeli nationals were arrested at the Amica hair styling stall.
The eight illegal employees were all aged in their 20s and taken to Trinity Road, Southmead and Staple Hill police stations for further questioning to be carried out, where it was discovered that the group had entered the UK on a visitors visa that did not give them the right to work.
They were detained before being deported back to Israel on Wednesday.
