Emigrant Worker Sexually Assaults 13 Year Old Girl

New reports now show that an emigrant worker has been fined for sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl. Although this may sound like a case in which the emigrant would have to pay a large sum of money, reports show that he has only been fined £20. Other reports unfortunately show that the girl’s father walked away with a £50 parking ticket the day after the trail.

The emigrant worker, Rulanas Kochanauskas, age 31, had reportedly pounced on the underage girl as she walked home. It was during this time that the man groped the girls breasts. After the assault the teen ran home in tears and alerted her 40 year old father about what happen.

The father was able to track down Rulanas at a shopping center, where he got the man in a head lock and called the cops. The emigrant, who is believed to be Lithuanian, initially denied the assault, but later admitted to a charge of indecently touching a 13 year old girl’s breasts in a sexual way without her consent.

The court in Ludlow, which handled the case, even hired an interpreter. However, the magistrates fined the man £20 and ordered him to pay the victims £80 in compensation. The dad did not get to keep the whole £80 compensation though, because the next day he was given a £50 ticket for parking inappropriately at the supermarket where he had caught the emigrant.

The dad said that the whole thing is a disgrace. He said that he thought that the man would get a suspended sentence. After all, it cost the court hundreds of pounds just to get an interpreter.
