UK Government Denies Emigration Boom Again

The UK government has once again dismissed claims that it set up an emigration boom in an effort to make the UK a more diverse place. This dismissal is announced despite the fact that the UK government has already claimed this before.

Andrew Neather, former Downing Street aide, allegedly said just last week that this has been a driving political purpose of the Labor policy from 2000. However, the Home Office minister, Phil Woolas, went on to tell the Commons that such views were due themselves to political motivations.

On top of this, The Tories accused Labor of acting on its own interests, and not the UK’s. Mr Neather, a speech writer who worked for the former Prime Minister Tony Blair and in the Home Office, wrote that the government has relaxed its controls in an effort to open up the UK to mass emigration.

Mr Neather said on top of bringing in emigrants to ease labor shortages, the government has also been a driving political purpose with ministers hoping to change the UK radically. Chris Grayling, when speaking in the Commons, said what Mr Neather said was the policy of rapid expansion was done to put pressure on the right. He went on to say it would be disgraceful for the government to make emigration policies not in the interest of the country.

It has been admitted that the government has reintroduced border controls, despite the opposition of the honorable gentlemen opposite. However, at the same time, experts point out that the government was under fire from many other groups to relax border controls.
