Illegal Emigrant Deported For Sex Attacks Returns
Daniel, age 44, had come to Britain almost 10 years ago on a family visa that was obtained in Germany. He was first imprisoned for 15 months back in 2002 for groping a total of 18 women that he found out on the street. After his release, he was driven to the Heathrow airport and placed on a plane to Lagos, Nigeria.
Despite this, the man wasted no time in getting a "new identity" and slipping back into Britain. Nick Wells, who is the prosecutor, said that between September and January of this year, he committed another eight sex offenses. All of which were against bus passengers, one included fondling a 17 year old schoolgirl. He went on to say that the man followed the same pattern as he did during his last crime spree.
Not inducing the teenager that he fondled, all women were in their 20's and most were in college. After boarding a bus he would simply sit next to a woman who was on her own. Then he would expose himself and nudge them to get the woman to notice him masturbating.
Most of the time he only approached the women on the bus, but a few times he would actually target the woman as they got off the bus as well. When he targeted the schoolgirl, he not only masturbated in front of her, but he also sexually touched the horrified girl many times. He did not and would not stop touching her until threatened to call the police.
