The passport agency has set forth specific standards regarding different biometric checks. Paspic.com guarantees that the picture they format for you will meet all of these requirements. If by chance your passport photo is rejected paspic.com will give you your money back.
This service is available to those living in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and Australia. The cost is very reasonable at about 5 Dollars or 4 Pounds. With each purchase you will receive four copies of the photograph.
The site gives good advice on the best way to take the picture. Use a neutral background. Take the picture at a distance of six or seven feet or about two meters. Make sure that your mouth is closed and your expression is neutral. Keep your hair out of your face and avoid wearing a hat or sunglasses. Photographs with red eye will not be accepted. The photograph should only be of you with nobody else in the frame.
