It now seems that Britain will need more economic emigrants to restore its international competitiveness. The secretary general, Angel Gurria, said that labor emigrants would be needed because of Britain’s aging population and the number of people who are unemployed or who say they are too ill to be working.

He also talked about the Western government’s failure in the regulatory system in the run up to the financial crisis. He said that the UK’s regions could lead the country to economic recovery and a low carbon future. The planet cannot stand this kind of production and consumption patterns any longer.

Britain will have to look at increasing the retirement age and helping young people get back into work. Women will also need to be pushed to have children. Experts said that it’s funny that many Brits simply complain about the emigrants coming over, yet it seems like they do not want to do anything to save themselves. They want the best of both worlds, but that is not how it works.

Of course, colleges in the UK are starting to feel the pressure of lower emigration. Due to new rules regarding overseas students, colleges are nervous about a lack of funding. They go on to state that these overseas students bring a lot of money into the UK, but the UK Border Agency seems almost hell bent on keeping them out. Universities in the UK need these students and the money that they bring from overseas.

Unfortunately for many colleges in the UK, it’s easier for these overseas students to simply study somewhere else in the world, like the United States, than it is to try and get into the UK to study. Some kind of change has to come to the UK in order for it to save itself.
